What a weird deadline. Are going to get a flood of deals in the next little bit or is this year just a dud?

It would be the Leafiest thing ever that when the Leafs have to buy at the deadline you need to give up 1st round picks for 4th line players but when the Leafs are sellers nothing happens.

Playoff cap needed, but I don't think it was implemented correctly. There was no rectification to what could be a cap compliant regular season roster to post-season. Essentially they didn't need to "end" the regular season cap. Maybe they needed to end the "players don't get paid in the playoffs" thing.

Eastern conference is wide open. Surprised more teams weren't looking to upgrade.

It's not a horrible return for Bobby McMann but you really wish you could've got more than that.
