As much as this team would miss Marner in the regular season, they need someone who doesn’t completely disappear when things tighten up deeper into a playoff series. I don’t care how many points he puts up in the first few games. He’s not helping his team win the most important ones.

Honestly Tavares has been bad too. I think it's time to reboot even if it means we risk retooling and being a borderline playoff team
