Which is odd, because it wasn't a cheap arena to build. Maybe they haven't kept up with the maintenance and improvements.

The ranking of Pittsburgh's arena was better than Scotia Bank according to this ranking of the 32 arenas in the NHL.

Vegas No. 1 and Buffalo No. 32 with Toronto falling around the middle.
