Canucks vs. Leafs - Oct. 31st, 7:00pm - SN

[YYZ]

4th line!

[ZBBM]

KA BIBBLE

[Arn]

Some good zone time shifts and pressure = greasy goals

[ZBBM]

Marilainen bats it off Lockdown for the score.

[lamajama]

I was gonna say Luke needs to do us a solid

[cw]

Funny. Wasn't watching. Heard the crowd cheer when MacEwen scored. Thought Vancouver had scored because the cheering seemed so loud ...
Leafs fans are everywhere ... Earlier the "Go Leafs Go" chant ...

[herman]

Nylander about to have a stat in every column of the scoresheet

[azzurri63]

Some of these calls are an absolute joke.

[herman]

I liked that bank pass from McKenna off the wing to Sissons/Stecher. Very quick release with no wind up

[ZBBM]

That was awful nice by Lettieri but the iron wasn't our friend.

And now Vinny denied!

[Arn]

Is that 3 posts tonight?

Quite a few this season overall.

[rjd]

Pretty tidy period all things considered.

[ZBBM]

So Kooch Sr won't be coming here to join Kooch Jr. Color me bummed, Kevin Bieksa.

[lamajama]

I just don’t see how a team can add $20M (keeping in mind $18M apparently is equivalent to $20M in no tax states) to a contending team. Contending means they usually have their own share of mega contracts. Montreal has cap room but would have to wait until July 1 or else send some pretty good assets out which as good as he is defeats the purpose

[Arn]

McKenna is just so tiny, but he’s going to be so good

[Jeremiad]

What the hell was McCabe doing there?

[herman]

McKenna is just so tiny, but he’s going to be so good

He’s heavy on his stick for his size, so that will project well. He just doesn’t have very good off puck positioning yet (Penn State was balls), and obviously doesn’t Nick Robertson himself into board battles to get pasted. Crazy good attacking reads and the puck skills to basically do what he wants when there is space and time. He is calibrating the NHL speed now and we should see an uptick in Dec/Jan.

[cujo4ever]

Joshua has been noticable tonight in a good way

[herman]

Forgot to box out?

[Jeremiad]

We hit 3 posts and they score on that. Ridiculous hockey gods.
