Like most coaches (I suppose), Berube doesn't seem very creative. He's got an arsenal but just doesn't seem to be able to supplement his preferred N/S style to free them up, even when they are behind and dying for a spark. Is it so hard to have two modes you can shift between?
 
It's been a strange season so far. The Leafs sit on top of the Atlantic, but they just don't look like a division winning team.
 
We've seen them look good on the regular season and pooch out in the playoffs, maybe if the flounder in the regular season, they'll be great in the playoffs!
 
This team is unpleasant. Boring as can be but there is nothing good about how they are playing. They aren't physical. They aren't aggressive on the forecheck . They aren't making high impact plays.

The effort sucks
 
I don't care whether it's good for his development or not. Bring up Grebenkin and let him play 2/3ds of a game instead of Reaves.

Pretty much going through the motions in this game, and quite a few others recently. Mostly content to stay on the perimeter and not engage. Blech.
