Yeah Lorentz is a weird one. I knew he wasn't the most physical player in the world, especially since it's tough to play that way throughout an 82-game season, but I really expected him to stay up in that regard in the playoffs. For a guy his size wish he was a little meaner.

His contract is going to be for way too much and for way too long. And I think his effectiveness (i.e. ability to do dumb stuff and not get suspended) will significantly diminish the moment he puts on a Leaf jersey.

Encouraging news here but I'd still be pretty surprised if we saw him again this round.

Wanted to compare that to Marner's OHL playoff history. Was surprised to see the Knights only went deep in his final year in the OHL. Mitch had 44 points in 18 games on route to an OHL championship then. Cowan is 9 points behind in 3 less games at the moment. There will be at least 2 more games...

Not to say that massive amounts of blame isn't to be had higher in the line-up too but Holmberg's 0-3 in on-ice goals this series and taken more penalties than he's drawn. The magic's over. Florida changed out an entire line already this series, our bottom-6 needs a big shake-up too.
